Next week we will be hosting Parent/Teacher Conferences, this is an opportunity for parents/guardians to meet with teachers to discuss individual student progress. Teachers will be available in the cafeteria. Parents/Guardians can drop in to meet with teachers on a first come, first serve basis.
**NOTE** On October 19th, students will be released at 2pm. There is NO SCHOOL on October 20th.
Conference Times:
2:30pm-6:00pm Thursday October 19th
8:00am-12:00pm Friday October 20th
Parents/guardians that attend conferences will receive their choice of a complimentary admission to a football game (Homecoming 10/19 or GHS vs. Molalla 10/19) or 50% admission to the Fall Play (November 10th or 11th).

Statewide testing data released today shows that Gladstone School District students have improved about 9% in math and 6% in English language arts during the past school year. With scores up significantly from the previous year, Gladstone’s 11th-grade English language arts students exceeded the state average by 11.5%.
Wetten third graders improved about 8% in math, where they exceeded the state average by 22%. Our third graders now are also over 10% above the state average for English language arts, through their hard work in this area in partnership with community members.
