With a national shortage of blood, our Gladstone High School Key Club members are partnering again with the American Red Cross to host a blood drive from 8 a.m.-1 p.m. on May 2. This blood drive is open to students, staff, parents and other community members. Parental permission is required for all donations by 16-year-olds, but 17 and 18-year-old students do not need parental permission. We're sorry for the disruption an early release creates for families but we do want to make sure students and staff can get home safely.

Like many of you, we have been closely monitoring the impending weather that is forecasted to arrive tomorrow. In an effort to prioritize safety and clear, proactive communication, the Gladstone School District has made the decision to close schools early on Friday January 12th, 2024.
Gladstone High School will be closing at 12pm on 1/12/24. This is subject to change if the impending weather arrives earlier than expected. In the event of any adjustment, we will communicate using our alert system.

Ukrainian students at Gladstone High School who are thinking about college can get some extra support figuring out next steps. The Ukrainian Foundation is partnering with Portland State University and Portland Community College to host three upcoming workshops from 6-8 p.m. for parents and students on college-specific topics. All will include Ukrainian translation:
