bond not passed

Gladstone School District would like to thank everyone in our community that took the time to learn about Measure 3-624. While it appears that the measure is not passing, we appreciate the many volunteers, parents and community members that worked on the bond.

We want to acknowledge the dedication of our many volunteers, parents, community members and those who served on our Long-range Facilities Planning Committee who helped create this proposed bond measure and shared information about the proposal with other community members.

Given the results of Measure 3-624, the Gladstone School Board will be holding more public discussions about next steps. Even with the “no” vote and construction costs continuing to rise, the school district remains committed to the safety of our students and ensuring their continued ability to learn in modernized facilities. Gladstone voters should expect to hear about updated proposals soon.

The results will not be officially confirmed until June 13 by the Clackamas County Elections office.
