Student Wellness Advocate Hannah Sonflieth is an extraordinary educator. She is student-centered and understands that one student benefits from different and varying interventions than another student.
Detail oriented, she is regularly reflecting about how her actions support student learning at Kraxberger Middle School. And, her actions contribute to enhancing the overall climate of the school, earning her a Making a Difference award. She has accelerated the sense-of-belonging and positive climate each student experiences while at school.
We celebrated the start of the school year by honoring staff members across the Gladstone School District who won Thank a Teacher or Making a Difference awards at our staff's Welcome Back event. To recognize their outstanding contributions to our community, each received $250 from a Gladstone Education Foundation endowment.
