John Wetten Elementary School fourth graders learned about Oregon history and Native culture through a visit to the the End of the Oregon Trail Interpretive Center in Oregon City. First through fourth graders are enjoying visits to the Oregon Zoo.
All fifth graders in Gladstone this school year are getting the opportunity to visit the Bird Alliance of Oregon, a nonprofit organization based in Northwest Portland that has had a mission to advocate for wildlife for more than 100 years. The alliance aspires to connect people to nature through a variety of programs that are grounded in science and learning.
